Making A Booking

 

The easiest and quickest way to book tickets is via our website (www.marplegangshow.org.uk/tickets).

 

You can also book tickets in person by visiting our box office. Opening times and locations are shown on this page.

Choosing Your Seats

 

Our ticket booking system allows you to choose your own seats in the auditorium. We ask that you do not leave single seats in-between your booking and other bookings or the end of the row.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bookings made.

Ticket Payments

 

All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking via credit/debit card (cash is also accepted at the pop-up box office only). Discounts can be activated through the use of a valid promocode during the checkout process if you have one.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Tickets are only refundable if returned at least two weeks before the performance date and resold on our website or via the box office before the performance starts. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method to the original payer. Electronic refunds may take up to 10 working days to arrive in the original payers account. All return and refund requests must be made through our online form available here. Queries can be directed to tickets@marplegangshow.org.uk

 

Passing On Tickets

 

If you are unable to attend a performance, you are welcome to give your tickets to someone else to use. However, we do not endorse the resale of tickets at a profit. Any attempt at resale for a profit will result in the ticket booking being cancelled without a refund.

 

Cancelled Performances

 

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, tickets may be returned and refunded without being resold. Claims for refund must be received within 2 months of notice of the cancelled performance. To return tickets and request a refund for a cancelled performance please click here.

 

Group Bookings

 

Group bookings are very welcome at Marple Gang Show. Our booking system limits the total number of tickets per booking to 40, if you require more than 40 tickets for a single performance you will need to place an additional order. Group bookings are not available for the final performance. All groups of 11 or more people are eligible for early bird booking one week before the general public. To request access to the early bird booking system please click here. All bookings of 11 tickets or more are eligible for a 10% discount which can be activated by using the promo code 'GROUP24' during checkout.

Lost Your Tickets?

 

E-tickets are emailed to the email address provided during checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. If you have misplaced your tickets, try searching your inbox for ‘Marple Gang Show Tickets’. If you were signed into your Marple Gang Show Account when you purchased your tickets, you can download your tickets from your account page. If you are unable to locate your tickets yourself please email tickets@marplegangshow.org.uk who will resend your tickets to you via email.

Babes In Arms

​

Babies under 12 months old can sit on an adults lap in the auditorium without requiring a ticket. All other children are required to have their own seat.
