Tickets for our performances are available exclusively through our website (www.marplegangshow.org.uk)(http://www.marplegangshow.org.uk/). For performances that are not sold out, any remaining tickets will be available at the theatre box office from 19:00 on the night of the show (13:00 for matinees). All tickets are sold subject to availability and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. Any queries should be raised with us beforehand, as buying a ticket confirms your acceptance of these terms. A valid ticket must be presented for entry to any performance. Tickets that have been altered, defaced, or are incomplete may be deemed invalid. It is your responsibility to check your tickets. Mistakes cannot always be corrected after purchase, so please review your tickets carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot accept responsibility for tickets that are lost, stolen, or destroyed. Replacement tickets may not always be available. Our online booking system allows you to select your own seats when placing your order. When choosing seats, please avoid leaving single unoccupied seats between your booking and other seats, or at the end of a row. Once purchased, it may not be possible to change your seats. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bookings for our performances or events without notice.

All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking using a credit or debit card. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Discounts are only available with a valid promo code applied during the checkout process, these cannot be applied retrospectively.

Tickets for performances cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance or event is cancelled or rescheduled (see below for more information). If you are unable to use your tickets, you may return them for resale by completing our 'Ticket Return Form'.(https://www.marplegangshow.org.uk/return-tickets)

In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be returned for a refund at face value. Refund requests must be submitted within two months of the cancellation or rescheduling notice. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and, where possible, will be made using the same payment method. If payment was made by cash, refunds will be issued via BACS at our discretion. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. Full details on how to apply for a refund will be provided to all ticket holders if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

If you are unable to attend a performance, you may pass your tickets on for someone else to use. However, resale of tickets for profit is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to resell tickets above face value may result in the booking being cancelled without refund.

Group bookings are available for most performances of the Marple Gang Show. Our booking system allows a maximum of 40 tickets per transaction. If you require more than 40 tickets for a single performance, you will need to place an additional order. Please note that group bookings are not available for the final performance, where a maximum of 4 tickets per transaction applies. Groups of 11 or more people qualify for early bird booking: • Units from 1st Marple Scout Group and Girlguiding Marple District can book up to two weeks before tickets go on general sale. • All other groups of 11 or more can book up to one week before tickets go on general sale. Children are permitted at all performances of Marple Gang Show. Babies under 12 months may sit on an adult’s lap in the auditorium without a ticket. All other children must have their own seat and ticket.

Marple Gang Show reserves the right to refuse ticket holders admission to any performance in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void. Marple Gang Show also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds. By way of example, Marple Gang Show may request that a ticket holder leaves the venue if they: • have behaved in a manner which is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors • use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour • are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs • fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age You must comply with instructions and directions given by Marple Gang Show and Carver Theatre personnel. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above. Every effort shall be made to admit latecomers to performances and events at a suitable break, which may be the interval, but late admission cannot be guaranteed. Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter during a performance or event at the discretion of Marple Gang Show volunteers. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind. The obstruction of gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to areas or seats for which you do not hold a ticket is strictly forbidden.

The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the venue is strictly forbidden. By attending an event or performance, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as attendees. Marple Gang Show may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment. Mobile telephones, messaging equipment and electronic devices must be switched off or silenced during all performances. Alcohol may only be consumed in the public bar and other authorised areas. Smoking is not permitted. The following are not permitted within any Marple Gang Show venue: • Animals • Laser pens • Bottles or glass containers • Any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives) • Illegal substances Marple Gang Show reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of Marple Gang Show, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the event or is one of the items not permitted as listed above.
