Booking Terms & Conditions
Our terms for booking tickets to Marple Gang Show for all ticket holders.
There have been no recent changes to updates to our 2025 booking terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Our current ticket booking policy can be found at www.marplegangshow.org.uk/booking-terms
Tickets for our performances and events are available exclusively on our website (www.marplegangshow.org.uk). For performances that are not sold out, remaining tickets will be made available at the theatre box office from 19:00 on the show night (13:00 for matinees).
All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase, as purchase of tickets constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
A valid ticket must be produced to get into an event or performance. Removing any part of, altering, or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets as if you have made a mistake, it cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. It is not always possible to issue duplicate tickets.
If you require support with making your booking you can contact our ticket team via our website live chat or email (tickets@marplegangshow.org.uk).
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bookings made for our performances and events without notice.
For most performances and events, our online ticket booking system allows you to choose your own seats when placing your order. When selecting your seats, do not leave single seats between your booking and other bookings, or the end of the row. Changing your seats after purchasing tickets may not be possible.
It is not possible to choose your own seats for our ‘Gala Night’ performance or our ‘60th Anniversary Ball’. Our 60th Anniversary team will complete the seating plans for these events and inform you of your seats once they have been allocated. Changing your seats may not be possible.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any bookings made for our performances and events without notice.
All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking via credit/debit card. No booking will be confirmed until we have received payment in full. Discounts can only be activated through the use of a valid promocode during the checkout process.
Tickets for performances and events cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance or event is cancelled or rescheduled (see below for more information).
In the unlikely event that a performance or event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be returned and refunded at their face value. Claims for a refund must be received within 2 months of notice of the cancelled or rescheduled performance.
Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets and, when possible, be made using the same method as was used to purchase the tickets except, at our discretion, where payment was made by cash. Cash payments shall be refunded by BACS. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to credit your account.
Information on how to apply for a refund will be sent to all ticket holders in the event that a performance or event is cancelled or rescheduled.
If you are unable to attend a performance, you are welcome to give your tickets to someone else to use. However, we do not endorse the resale of tickets at a profit. Any attempt at resale for a profit will result in the ticket booking being cancelled without a refund.
Group bookings are available for most performances of Marple Gang Show. Our booking system limits the total number of tickets per booking to 40, if you require more than 40 tickets for a single performance you will need to place an additional order.
Group bookings are not available for the final performance, ‘Gala Night’ performance or the ‘60th Anniversary Ball’. These events have a ticket limit per booking of:
Final Performance: 4 tickets per transaction
Gala Night: 4 tickets per transaction
60th Anniversary Ball: 6 tickets per transaction
All groups of 11 or more people are eligible for early bird booking one week before the general public. To gain access to the early bird booking system please sign up here. All bookings of 11 tickets or more are eligible for a 10% discount which can be activated by using the promo code 'GROUP25' during the checkout process.
Where children are permitted at an event or performance, babies under 12 months old can sit on an adult’s lap in the auditorium without requiring a ticket. All other children are required to have their own seat.
Marple Gang Show reserves the right to refuse ticket holders admission to any performance or event in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void.
Marple Gang Show also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds. By way of example, Marple Gang Show may request that a ticket holder leaves the venue if they:
· have behaved in a manner which is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors
· use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour
· are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs
· fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age
You must comply with instructions and directions given by Marple Gang Show and Carver Theatre personnel. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.
Every effort shall be made to admit latecomers to performances and events at a suitable break, which may be the interval, but late admission cannot be guaranteed.
Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter during a performance or event at the discretion of Marple Gang Show volunteers. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.
The obstruction of gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to areas or seats for which you do not hold a ticket is strictly forbidden.
The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the venue is strictly forbidden.
By attending an event or performance, ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as attendees. Marple Gang Show may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.
Mobile telephones, messaging equipment and electronic devices must be switched off during all performances.
Alcohol may only be consumed in the public bar and other authorised areas. Smoking is not permitted.

Marple Gang Show reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of Marple Gang Show, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the event or is one of the items not permitted as listed above.
